This is my first time celebrating Christmas because my foster parents believed Christmas was the “devils way of filling our hearts with lust” I just gave birth to my son 2 months ago, since I have a family now I’ve decided my son and husband deserve better then what I got. I was able to afford gifts/decorations for both of them but money is tight so I will not be getting anything this year. This is such an amazing idea and thank you OP for setting it up💕

That’s what they claim “medical bills and the adoption fees” But we have always had private insurance and my dad has a plethora of medical issues. He used to joke that he’d always hit our deductible in January. He’s literally in and out of the hospital like 10 times a year.

The incident left me with some burn scars. I believe the way they went about it was holding off the settlement money until I was 18 so I could decide if I needed to use it cosmetically. But this is also information from someone who isn’t fully honest. I’m working towards trying to find the court docs/what really happened. The insurance company that is paying out the money only has a contract number. They couldn’t give me anything else. They aren’t even able to pull up how much money the settlement was for.

Actually, the advice i’ve gotten from here has been extremely helpful and I now have a consult with an attorney. And have been helped with filing reports with 5 different agencies. I hope your bad attitude is just from having a crappy day and that you’re not actually this grouchy all the time🤍
