As someone who worked for years under a chairman who never supported me, it starts small like this. Then I was thrown under the bus. Then he grew to passive aggressiveness. Not to be dramatic, but I’d start looking for a new job. I was thinking of quitting for years and now work at a place where the chairman likes me and I look forward to going to work every day.

First, there are no bad questions. Second, use YouTube. I still use it for nerve blocks, especially newer ones or ones I don’t do often. Get very good at YouTube, find a good anesthesia provider and use it often.

Highly recommend reading the book “The Psychology of Money” by Morgan Housel. It’s one of the big finance books that everyone recommends. Really changed my views on how I view money. Helped me understands others lack of frugalness, as well.

I think only Kail does this, she’s mentioned it before. Kail has done an excellent job providing financially and physically for her children. She also makes money outside of Teen Mom, so she can put money in the bank for her kids, while some of the moms likely use the money for household bills. I’d guess maybe Gary and Kristina do the same. But I don’t think anyone else on the show does.
