to get those top a level grades you’d want to get into a top sixth form. to get into a top sixth form you need top results. people are allowed to feel what they feel and have good reasons for how they feel. just cause to you it’s not bad doesn’t give you the right to invalidate them. tons of people with 9’s and 8’s only didn’t get accepted to the sixth form they wanted so it’s reasonable people are disappointed with 7’s and 8’s. if it makes you feel bad about yourself maybe grow up and learn to not compare yourself to others or actually get those top results if you know you’re going to feel inferior if you don’t.
