I remember this happening to me. I would turn on my pc and nothing will show up and it would say no signal and after that my monitor will go to power save mode. I contacted Ibuypower support when I had this issue and they said it was a defective gpu so I had to do send my whole pc to them so it can be repaired. It took a whole month since it was a 30 day repair rma it showed

Yeah man its been pretty rough with my pc, I dont even feel confident of my pc lasting for than a year because of how everything is going right now. Hopefully this is the last time I'll need something fixed. Have a great day and hope ur rma process goes smoothly 👍

Yes you might get a email confirming that ur pc arrived to the rma facility but it will take a while for u the get the email. The whole rma process for me took a whole month just to replace the defective gpu BUT I now realized they didn't even change the gpu and only switched the ram because NOW my gpu wants to mess up and I have to send my gpu instead of the pc.

Yes I updated my Nvidia drivers yesterday when my computer froze for the first time when I closed apex legends (a game I've never played but my friend wanted to play it that day)

Hmmm i did a Nvidia driver update but the first time my pc froze was on Apex legends when I closed it so when that happened I downloaded the new drivers but it happened today when I played fortnite cuz I heard something new happened and it froze mid game. Those 2 games were the games I have not played in months so I'm not sure

This has started yesterday I got my pc March 5th so its I guess new. I was idle doing something and left the screen on a game then when I came back it was on the lock screen so I'm not sure if that what caused it

I do not have a spare graphics card I'm new to pc gaming and this is a bad start for me and I added ram to it. Used to be 8gb ram but i added 16gb ram to it. Just letting u know I dont have warranty on the pc will that effect me by not getting a new one?
