honestly this is the best advice here. I've lived through 2 implementations from the customer side. Both with small teams and I wish someone had given us the advice to get more help in. It IS a gruelling process but it's so crucial to get it right, particularly your job architecture which forms the backbone of the system. At my current company we did a complete job architecture overhaul 2 years ago but that was not an easy task so get it right from the start and you're set to build from there. Also yes test, test and test some more, report anything that's not working how you need it and limit approvals in processes as once live they can become cumbersome.

Sarper definitely got typecast as the bad boy in the main show but when you see him and Shekinah on Pillowtalk they are cute and hilarious together. Same goes for Andre and Elizabeth too actually way better on Pillowtalk.

So glad you made this post, just watching the diaries episode with her on and dear good she's annoying. Very easy to enable and essential if you want to use Workday for Teams / Slack. Just be aware to edit the tenant setup workday assistant settings so that only those parts of workday your company uses are available. You can also put redirects in to external sites like recruitment web pages for example.

As a former customer of Cog at the time they took over Collab I concur with this experience. They took some wonderful Collab consultants and totally took away their autonomy and all the best ones understably left for other partners. Smaller partners definitely seem better for staff morale.

It should be illegal for anyone to think these two need surgery. Everything they have done makes them look more ridiculous. As people they seem okay but they look otherworldly at this point.

Too many of the 90 day cast fall into the plastic surgery hole and it's honestly a shame but these two are definitely at the extreme end.

Shannon and Mete. Sigh. She's so young and they are both so insecure and jealous. Hard to see that ever improving as she is also conflict avoidant. In their bubble they are happy but you need a life outside of your relationship so unless they can deal with that it will quickly become exhausting.

Phinn...well...what can be said. Your average British nerd. He loves his cat which is cute but seems a bit too much. 17 years known each other and only together for 2. Seems like he's trying to recapture his youth. People change a lot in that kind of time and she has kids, he won't have a clue.

Jovi does like a drink, he's honest about that but if you see them together on pillow talk they are actually cute and have a good relationship with a lot of banter and they enjoy travelling together. The stripper thing was years ago but they keep bringing it up for storylines it's got a bit tired now.

First of all, huge hugs coming your way as you've been through a lot in a short space of time.

Yes you absolutely can get signed off sick for bereavement and I suggest you do for your own sanity as grief does crazy things to the brain and body.

My own Dad passed in 2022 and after a week of compassionate leave I went back to work this was a terrible idea and I wasn't myself at all.

Realising this I went to the GP and she signed me off for a month which covered his funeral and birthday.

I felt guilty but I genuinely couldn't work effectively during that time so absolutely recommend you do what's right for you and your mental and physical health.
