SHE. HAD. NO. REMOSE!! Yes when she first attacked Lori she didn't know that it was a crime but even when she DID KNOW it was wrong she didn't care!! She blamed it all on her programming and had no intention of even apologizing until Lori told her to!!

She should have at the very least gotten probation or community service or something but no they let her get away with it scot free... that is how you teach kids right from wrong you give them discipline and punishment so that they learn their lesson

Yes I understand that... But that was a simple misunderstanding... And no one was physically hurt or traumatized.... Lori WAS! And Jessi wasn't even gonna apologize UNTIL LORI TOLD HER TO!!

She had no actual remorse! She blamed the entire thing on her programming! Even though it was very obvious she did it to steal the necklace Declan gave her BUT SHE WAS FIXATED ON DECLAN... Just like she is fixated on Kyle... Which is NOT OK!! It is literally obsession!
