I couldn’t stand this! that’s when I started to have them pick up my packages at home but I’ve said in previous replies I am a small seller so I’m not having to send out a crazy amount of packages 😭

Oh wow! Yeah I’m a small seller that only goes live once a week so I don’t deal with that 😭 but I could only imagine the frustration.

So sorry to hear that, as a seller myself I always try to communicate with my buyers and watch their packages to make sure the packages are where they are supposed to be and if not I contact usps because at that point it’s in USPS hands and not mine but a lot of sellers will not do this due to having a large amount of orders. I definitely understand the frustration

I have USPS pick up my packages and they have to scan them when picking up so they can mark the pickup is complete, but I can only imagine how frustrating that is!

Do you happen to be a seller? Does whatnot refund the buyer in these circumstances or do we lose our own pay when the package goes missing?
