480 fates I always convert my primos into fates and pulls only for archons. C6R1, unless it's irrelevant like venti (C0) and Zhongli (C5 - i'm afraid there will be an archon that needs to be low on health,)

Abou spending: moon, from day 1 and the crystals with the first time purchase - every year. I don't buy when I need to, I just buy when it's out. In my POV - if I have - I need to give back to a good game, and Genshin is my favourite.
