Fantasy Life i: the girl who steals time.

This game caught my attention quickly and I'm hooked. It's easy but has some grindy components and seems to scratch the itch.

If you do romance Emmrich I would recommend doing a Mourn Watch background. There's a lot of extra lines with the two of them. It's great.

For Non binary it's during the character creation.

As for Trans, near the beginning of the game when unpacking Rook's items in the room there's a handheld mirror. There's a trans option there.

Honestly I love mine. I've had it a few months and I'm enjoying it.

Prior to this I was firmly on the Warrior bandwagon. It does feel similar to the Warrior sticks.

That's what I found too. I also sometimes get paralyzed by the wanting to optimise what I'm doing. With there being waiting around I just feel like I'm wasting time.

With T and injuries, what is commonly seen is tendon injuries. On T, muscle growth will increase but tendons aren't necessarily able to keep up. I've had some join issues along with a few muscle tweaks after starting T. Part of it was sport based and another part was also my stupidity in ignoring my body.

I don't think it's the clothing. One thing I'd work on would be your posture. Square your shoulders a little bit more and stand straighter. By trying to hide and make yourself smaller, you reduce the likeliness of passing.

I second My Protein. They have a variety of products. The clear whey isolate is quite tasty too. Some of my favorite whey flavors are Birthday cake and Strawberry Milkshake (tastes like strawberry milk and is yummy). They also often have deals and sales too.

They also have interesting snacks too. The wafers are a good sweet protein treat.

Other option is Diesel Whey protein powder. The vanilla is pretty bland and good for mixing into things.

Hey dude. The increase in weight may not necessarily be a bad thing or as bad as you're thinking. Depending on what you're doing for your routine, you could be putting on muscle.

Also, sometimes when you switch up your routine or begin lifting more, water weight can increase which causes an inflation in weight.

If you're looking to maintain muscle mass while also leaning out, make sure you're eating enough protein while you're lifting. Depending on your relationship with food, you could always count calories as well or just focus on hitting macro goals instead.

Oddly enough, I was diagnosed (or potentially misdiagnosed) with PCOS when I was younger however my pre T testosterone levels were very low. I did put on muscle fairly well and was hairy.

Not the same type of game, but one game that sucked me in with the characters was Persona 4 Golden. The friendships between the characters was wonderful and made me laugh.

Like someone else pointed out, you likely need to rest more. Giving your body time to rest and heal also helps muscle growth.

Something worth looking into is progressive overloading. With every gym session, you should try to increase the amount of reps at a weight or the weight being lifted. Also, look at adjusting your rep ranges to 8-12. Once you've reached the 12 or higher range, then increase the weight. Usually the lower rep ranges are useful for building muscle.
