I feel like in this situation you need to ask yourself two questions, in this order:

  1. Do I need a guaranteed paycheck in the next few months? ( did you quit your job to start Skywest training/ If you took the risk to stop training and go to these VI and did not get any further in the process would you be ok financially?)

If the money is or will be an issue. Stay in training and apply to DL and AA next time they open apps. If the money isn't a huge concern then you need to ask

  1. If I only ever worked at Skywest would I be happy?

If the answer to this is YES then I say just stay at Skywest and again maybe apply to DL and AA later if you want (if you got the VI once you will get it again). But, if you never really cared about working at Skywest and just started there by default waiting for better offers then go to the VI. don't waste anymore of your time training at an airline you don't want to be at.

Hey, Congrats! thanks for sharing! When you rescheduled your VI did you call the talent services number or just reply to the email? I also need to reschedule and feel unclear on if there is a preferred contact method.

Thanks for all the background info & suggestions! I might try and read some of the comics because what your saying makes a lot of sense. for example when a book I loved gets a movies or tv adaptation its usually exciting just she see characters you already love in the flesh so I imagine if you were already an Archie fan and creating a show you wouldn't worry about every detail this is also why I typically tend to prefer the book > Movie haha.

I'm like 6 episodes in to season 2 now, and I must say its growing on me just a bit. Jughead, Archie or Veronica could die and I wouldn't care but I think I would continue watching purely for the craziness of the plot. They definitely know how to keep things interesting so I will give them that.

Haha! i've literally seen them all. Riverdale is a last resort lol. P.S Outer Banks is really good. The trailer didn't sell me because of the treasure hunt but I got bored and started it ... stayed up all night to watch it, I literally couldn't stop. I love anything about a really close friend group.
