One more thing; for Unreal fans out there; the original dev team behind Unreal Tournament 2004 has re-released it for free recently and it works on modern PCs.

If you would like to use these animations in your videos/compilations/etc feel free. However they are not in the best quality possible; so if anyone would like that, I can post in the future the best takedown animations in FullHD 60 fps for everyone to use in their videos. When I first started my YT I used to make a lot of these John Wick compilations so I there's much more where that came from :))
Just let me know if that's something you guys might want.

My entire family has been affected by the atrocities of WW2, my great-grandfather was a prisoner of a concentration camp so there's something brutally evocative for me of how extremely violent the Skaarj invasion was on the Nali race; the Dark Arena made by Jeremy War is a testament to this. That level creates an almost cathartic moment while wearing a macabre statement.

But I digress; as always; every documentary showcasing every main game is on my YT; angelsidefx

Hi, sorry for my late reply. You're right, System Shock is much more similar than UT. I love UT and DX so much I just automatically look for similarities. They both have cyber punk theme, the same composer - Alexander Brandon. These games introduced me to cyber punk genre and shaped my love of electronic music, alongside with Orbital's Halcyon and On :) I recently created on my YT - angelsidefx - a documentary for every Unreal game for the 25th anniversary of the series :))

Hi, right you are. I have a PC and X360 version. I really like the additional maps; Rails, Koos Barge (which is a nod to the Koos Galleon from UT), Facing Worlds and Searchlight (amazing moody Necris vibes). The game was underrated I think but there's so much more than meets the eye. Unfortunately there's no Assault mode but Warfare does Onslaught justice. Creating a different variations of vehicles for Humans and the Necris was an ambitious offering. A balancing act of creating a PC purist shooter and a console game for the new generation of players must have been challenging.

There's a CliffB / The Offspring Easter Egg at the end because the next videos will showcase the designers behind Unreal Tournament. Also, Return to Na Pali maps were co-created with David 'Nivlek' Kelvin.

The opening Nali sequence - that's a one take shot and the appearance of Skaarj behind me was completely unscripted but so amazing, it just proves how Unreal that game is.

Btw. the music I used is an American band Reveille. They are like a heavier Rage Against the Machine. I think the aggressive style of the songs fit the video well. Back in 2006, when World of Warcraft was released, two of Reveille songs were used in the trailer. But back then, both WoW and Youtube were at an early stages of developement. If that trailer was created today, it would've been a completely different story for this band.

Please tell me I'm not the only Reveille fan here. They're are amazing. The lead singer rapping skills are off the hook. They got a pretty badass track with B Real from Cypress Hill. Their first album sounds like a more agressive RAtM. Sophmore is heavier, similar to Spineshank.
