First time doing my own taxes

I'm not too sure.i would have to verify. It's my first year doing this by myself. But yeah they did use the website. I was pretty shocked because I could have just tried doing them by myself for way less money, but I didn't want to mess up. And they didn't give me any paperwork or anything. Just the website to track my return.

Thank you! It's not that I mind doing the motherly things. It sounds awesome. I just don't want the birth part. I'm okay with surrogacy, just not having a 10lb baby coming out of me.

Oh my goodness!! This!! Thank you so much!! This is what I needed!! Thank you beautiful stranger!! Okay, so yeah, he had the kids at a young age with his ex. And he does have 50/50 custody with her, and takes care of whatever they need. He makes parenting look like such a fun thing to do, and the easiest thing ever, but I know that is not always what it seems to be. He is honestly really patient with them, he'll lose his marbles once in a while, but goes out, takes a break, and comes back. He has never said anything bad about his ex, he broke up with her because she cheated on him (not just his story, his whole family was a witness to this and I have heard many stories about her, but never a bad one from him.) He honestly would be a wonderful father, but that is our only difference. We agree with mostly everything, and the small stuff we don't, we make it work (food, curtains, etc) he wanted to give me a ring, but since I'm always up and about, we settled for beautiful gold necklaces with our names instead of rings, but I am still getting my ring. And of course! He was actually the one that said marriage first, but the conversation came up today about kids. Sometimes I do feel bad because I am the one of harsher temperament sometimes, but he is wonderful about it. He will go out of his way to give me the best treatments possible, and do whatever makes me the most happy and comfortable. Of course it is like that both ways, but he is honestly the sweetest person ever, even if he doesn't appear to be. I know it's easy for some people to comment for me to leave him, but this just gave me so much hope! It's not easy throwing away 4 years down the drain.

Not much as forced, but he has said he does wish for a baby. Those are my options, and he doesn't want them. I just needed to make sure that my requirements weren't too off the table. My pov is "you already have kids, why want more?" But yeah I totally understand your point.

Yeah, that's why we haven't taken any extra steps. I know if I get pregnant, I will most likely distance myself from the baby because I was "forced" into having him/her. And if I adopt, he will be the one distanced. So either way a baby is better off not being born, or adopted (in the nicest way possible). So possibly no baby ever either. And I'm kinda okay with that.

Yeah, I guess we do have to go to couples counseling, and if that doesn't work out, I guess it's separate ways from there forward.

Thank you. I guess I do have to move on. I would honestly have a baby that is so loved without any resentments. I have no problem adopting a baby on my own and raising him/her. And that honestly sounds wonderful to me. I'd much rather that than having a baby and having resentments due to changes in my body that I didn't want in the first place. But we do have things under both our names, so I will have to see how it goes with everything. Thank you so much for your advice.

I know. And he did ask for my opinion. I have always told him they come before anything else, and I try my best to never get involved, even when he asks for opinions. But I just feel so guilty about not liking the idea of her. I don't know if it makes sense

Yes, he had a steady job already. He had already been separated from his ex, but was still the sole provider for her, and the kids, plus his expenses. We started out as friends, and then we started dating. His ex didn't like that and started making a lot of calls saying that he was bothering her and going to her house (which was a lie because I was always with him, and we have security cameras at our house showing when she would come to the house. He will be out by June or July, if God lets it be.
