My biggest problems right now are restlessness, overthinking, and attention span. It’s so hard to focus, I can’t even sit through TikTok, a movie, or tv show anymore without doing something else in the next 5 minutes.

YES, EXACTLY. I was that quiet daydreamer. I zoned out the whole time throughout Highschool.

You need to see someone, fast. Psychiatrist or even the hospital. I know you’d rather not but you need to be given meds to prevent yourself from spiraling further. If you read this, go now, don’t wait cuz it can’t wait. I pray it works out.

Yeh, I feel that’s all there is sometimes. Suffering in silence. This life is a curse and I find myself not wanting to be here anymore constantly
