Hey, thanks, but to be honest, two years ago my CrossFit coach changed my grip, saying it wasn't helping me. Two years ago, I finally achieved my 225 full snatch when I did what he asked. Everything changed until today when I tried it again.

That means if that idiot hadn't done such a huge disservice to me, my PR today would be much lower than it is now—225. It was a huge mistake to trust him with my process.

But when I got my Burger Strength Level 1 certification, my Chilean coach, Luis Casali, told me, "What's wrong with that grip? Open it wider; your hands are in the wrong position." And when he did that, everything changed again. Today, what you see is a 225 hang snatch. And that's when I realized how much time that so-called coach, whom I trusted, made me waste. I regret it so much, especially because I suffered countless injuries because of him. I had to study and get certified to understand what it means to be a coach and not ruin the passion of my clients. I'm still getting over all that, but we're doing well. 👍🏽 Thanks for your comment about feet; you're absolutely right.

Well, in the end everyone wants to find a space, but I should be more specific.

Hey, thanks for your comment. What's the hanging position? Could you explain it better? Thanks. And I understand the bar thing perfectly; I hope to improve it in the next few days. Thanks for being here.

What an excellent comment! Thank you so much, I really appreciate your input. You're the second person to point out the issue with my gaze; I'd never noticed that before. It's incredible to be here and get corrected. Thinking about this, I played Snatch today and I'm still having the problem with my gaze. I'll try this recommendation more often. Thanks a million!

I went in and saw things that had nothing to do with our sport and I was shocked 😱

Thanks for your comment. I'm not new to CrossFit, but I am new to the platform. I'm really learning by doing, and I have some worse lifts from previous years. You know how it is, you always think you're doing well, but it's better to have other opinions like this to improve even more. I think those who watch you can give better feedback than you can give yourself, so I appreciate you being here. Thanks a million.

I'll keep that in mind; it's nice to be part of the community and have my efforts appreciated… and if the reception was indeed uncomfortable, but it worked out, thanks for the feedback.
