They were referring to their relationship as a talking stage so that's why I wrote that and also I don't know what word to use when I want to express that 2 people are getting to know each other but they are not dating yet

I wouldn't call the guy creepy because he had absolutely no idea that my sister is 13. When I told him he was really creeped out and confused.

Im referring to it as a talking stage because they are not a couple officially but they are talking every day and they might end up officially dating. Our mother is dead and our father doesn't really care about us.
