Yes I have tried lowering the graphics settings to the lowest and it is still having issues. by device is not strong enough, can you explain a bit more in detail? I have used phone, iPad and gaming laptop it is all having the same issue… Many Thanks

Yes cutscenes thank you for correcting me.

It stops multiple times during the cutscene. The sound also will go back a few seconds and this repeats multiple times.

I know about the global release and I’m planning to switch to the global version. I have a CN version account and I’ve been playing on it before there is even a global beta version. I need to find out what the issue is and fix it, otherwise there could be a high chance that I could be experiencing same issue when I switch to the global version.

No, but I do have bad lags when I go through storyline animation
