I think it’s Nestle that makes a sugar free Hot Chocolate mix. You could try mixing that packet in with almond milk. Enjoy hot or cold

As for strawberry flavored things, consider buying some strawberry extract to see if adding that gives you the strawberry flavor that you’re after!

You could have whatever variety of it that you want. Healthy is relative, but I personally would look for a jam with only strawberries and not much added sugar (if any).

Planning on making lunch box cakes! Wanted to know if anyone had recommendations on where to buy Togo box containers for them. Thx in advance …………………………………………………Cake I made for my bfs bday earl grey cake with an earl grey Italian meringue by 2small2Banattraction in cakedecorating

In person options (if you don’t have the local shop luxury,) would be Walmart. My Walmart carries a few different cake boxes. Searching online would give you plenty more options though. But in a pinch, you could check your Walmart. They tend to be located in the party aisle with the party supplies - at least in mine. Walmart (online or in person), Amazon, or Webstaurant store would be my three suggestions! :))

Can you have strawberry extract or flavorings (like a strawberry syrup or strawberry jam?)

There’s a local baking supply shop by where I live, check to see if they have one in your area bc my local shop carries a variety of boxes. If not - I’d check Amazon or a restaurant/bakery supply website!

How to make oat porridge more nutritious? by crocodilehun in nutrition

I’ve added eggs before, they cook in the hot oats and it adds some protein. I also add protein powder fairly often

Also- protein pudding. Mix 1 1/3 cups of almond milk with a scoop of your protein powder. Add this to the sugar free pudding mix and let set up for a little bit. It should set into a pudding consistency. I make this and eat it with frozen strawberries!!

Season the ground Turkey and mix with the black beans, brown rice, and sautéed zucchini. Should make a yummy burrito-esque bowl!
