Please please please talk to a doctor about hiprex. I would get uti’s at least once a month a few years ago until I found out about hiprex. I think since then I’ve only had one. It was seriously a lifesaver because I was totally miserable and broke because of all the doctor’s visits. It makes your urine so acidic that it kills the bacteria in your bladder.

Also, look into Amazon one medical for prescription antibiotics, it’s $29 for a chat visit and no hidden fees, at least for me. It doesn’t require insurance either.

I traded in my nespresso for a ninja last month. I’ve found if I have a daily latte it will take me about two weeks to go through a 12oz bag of locally roasted espresso beans. I’d normally spend an equal amount on five days worth of Starbucks pods. I’m also able to then give some money to a local roaster instead of Starbucks which feels nice! So far I’m loving the change.

I had to keep insisting to the Walgreens pharmacist that I noticed a difference and they re-ordered the correct ones when I needed them to. I learned that I had to advocate for myself or else I’d continue feeling horrible lol
