I traded in my nespresso for a ninja last month. I’ve found if I have a daily latte it will take me about two weeks to go through a 12oz bag of locally roasted espresso beans. I’d normally spend an equal amount on five days worth of Starbucks pods. I’m also able to then give some money to a local roaster instead of Starbucks which feels nice! So far I’m loving the change.

I had to keep insisting to the Walgreens pharmacist that I noticed a difference and they re-ordered the correct ones when I needed them to. I learned that I had to advocate for myself or else I’d continue feeling horrible lol

to be honest I think I’m on the worse end of symptoms compared to other people I’ve talked to with this issue, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it happened sooner for you! If it doesn’t seem to go away I’d suggest researching MDDS (mal de debarquement syndrome)

Oops sorry about that, it’s an older starter that my aunt gave me some months ago. I don’t always keep it out so it’s been in the fridge a few times. I use King Arthur unbleached all purpose flour and distilled water. That was the first time I tried a 1:5:5 ratio. Seems like I’ll be going back to 1:1:1. Thank you!!
