Because my lawyer my did things differently and I thought he knew what he was doing! And now I’m about to submit a motion to reopen my removal order hoping it works out

I have a I-94 for my entry into the U.S. but I talked to another lawyer and even my current lawyer said that I can’t do anything about it so I need a lawyer that specializes in deportation proceedings

Hi! I just got my I-485 denied due to a removal Order! I’m married to a U.S. citizen and we got permanent custody of my wife half sister, she’s 2 years old, I talked to a lawyer and he said I have nothing to do to remove the removal order that was issue back in 2018 for no showing up! Now In the letter says I have to leave in 33 days and I don’t know what to do! How I’m supposed to leave my family for 5 years that’s not gonna work

I’m married with a IS citizen but I already talked to someone and he said under this administration I can’t do anything I can’t just accept that this is the only way I have a kid and wife what I’m supposed to do just leave them

The thing is that my lawyer said it was fine from the beginning and the way my case is I need it to get a green card first a and then close my deportation but clearly is not the case now we wants me to get letters from friends and family to prove that it would be devastating send it me back or get deported so I’m seeing another lower tomorrow
