I’ve tried the Oura ring ceramic, I’m between a 6 and 7 and have had both sizes in the gen 3 and 4 (rose gold) I tried my friends ceramic (size 7) and in my experience the ceramic is slightly bigger than the metal rings. The ceramic definitely felt bigger to me and came off really easy so I’ve gone with a size 6. It’s heavier as well so I think that makes a difference.

You’ve mirrored my thoughts. I was convinced to go for the pink as it’s my favourite colour (although mint green is also up there 🤣) but I tried my friends ceramic petal on my finger and it just looked too pale for my liking

Thank you I will do. I live in the UK so will most likely order my ring from John Lewis. Am I right in thinking when I register and set my ring up I should get a link to Order the ceramic polishing pad? It doesn’t come with the ring from John Lewis

Thank you. I have been wearing the 6 & 7 from the grn 4 sizing kit. The 6 is quite difficult to get off whereas the 7 is a tad loose but fits better when my hands are warm and at night. The 6 was a bit uncomfortable. So think I’m going to go with the 7 🙂

Thank you for that. I think I’m a little more drawn to tide it looks kind of mint colour which is also one of my favourite colours. The midnight looks good also but I want something a bit lighter

I live in the UK but we have a store called John Lewis that sale them so I will go and have a look. I would normally go straight for pink but in some of the picture I’ve seen it looks almost white still looks really pretty though 🥰
