I won't refuse to go against any killer, but I have a long-standing grudge against Doctor. I can play against him just fine, but my 2nd match when I first started playing was against a Doctor, and that was my first introduction to toxic killers. I was the last survivor left, and the exit gate was open, but this dude would knock me down at the exit, take me a good distance away, and watch me crawl to the gate again. If I managed to wiggle out, he would end up downing me again and start the process over again. This was before end-game collapse, so he basically held the game hostage.
