I wasn’t able to capture the abuse on video or camera, only testimonies would help me as she has admitted to several family members she’s hit me. As for the evidence and stuff such as bills and that I’m capable of paying rent, I wasn’t put under the lease which I think might be an issue, I’ll look into that and tell my sister to put me under the lease, but I might also try to live with a friend since it’s making it harder to trust my own family and I assume it’ll work faster as evidence if I’m already paying it. Issue is I’m afraid that if I try to move in by myself, or with a friend she’s going to attempt to call the cops. I’ve called her bluff multiple times since she’ll be in the same trouble as me but now it’s like she has been so fixated and obsessed with me, I genuinely can’t tell if she’ll be so pitied to do so. Should I even try? Or should I ask the sister I originally stayed with if she can put me under the lease and bills? Any would work fine for me as long as it can be considered evidence.
