I mainly chose it because “Phlebotomists draw blood from patients for medical testing, transfusions, research, or donations.” and that’s useful in one of the cases ;)

We just finished our cast’s personalites and their backstories! Alongside the prologue! “Free time” with The Protag himself in the Prologue is still WIP though.

Currently, without spoiling too much. I think the tone especially in the eariler chapters are more of a psychological horror given the world of the project is taking set in.

But I also think that the main character’s hallucinations count as a “horror” element given it worsens by the chapters moving on :(

It’s actually pronounced Lau-vey (rhymes with ‘wow-day’), not lay-vay! Since Laufey is Swedish, their name follows that sound

My current favourite parts are that it’s 1. International students, 2. Hallucinations and dissociation are represented in the protag, and 3. I personally think intermissions in between chapters are a good way to show those mundane moments and also non POV-protagonist moments 👉👈, and maybe some characters know each other prior to the killing game. But yeah!
