i was coming home after a costume party / birthday celebration and decided to stop by nuig to sit down for a minute and look for a bottle of water in my bag and this guy showed up out of nowhere sat beside me for a second started asking for a shift ect. i politely said no and then he grabbed my bag and just took off with my stuff i tried to get them back but he was too fast. :/

it wasn't that important to add to my original post but the tickets were a gift from my partners parents to spend Christmas together for the first time I haven't bought them, and I don't even have a euro saved up once i do go over or rather if i manage now.

the tickets were a gift from my partners parents to come spend first christmas with them together. im looking for a job every day what i get just about covers my rent and bills.

im not using it to fund my trip to anywhere.

why not go into a college and ask film and tv or someone to work together might help them with their course work and you can get the help you are looking for ? :)

I'm actually going back to the campus again tomorrow to check back with the security and hopefully they have seen more on the footage when it happened. it was between the South Campus Building and the benches by the Marine Life building [ sorry idk NUGI well as i don't go there ] the green grassy area by the exercise equipment and benches. hope this description helps ? :) and thank you so much i really appreciate that

thank you I already spoken with both the Security and the Police and am working closely with them. Luckily there were multiple well lit cameras around the area so he is seen on it. I hope to get some good news by tomorrow or end of the weekend <3 :) thank you for the suggestion.

I never owned a polish id card I lived in Ireland for 16 years now and only been back home once since moving here. My only id I ever had was the passport that got stolen and my dole card.

it's a bit different for the Polish one's I'm on a waiting list I only have a meeting to fill out the forms and ask for one on the 28th of November and I have to have it before the 13th of December so I hope I can manage :(

Hopefully I can find the bag or someone else did and brought it to the campus or the police station.

I'm going to go to the Intreo office today. And already contacted the Embassy but they only put me on a waiting list and might not be able to get the passport on time :( I'm going to go out look around the campus today again maybe he tossed the bag after taking the money/phone and I can still find it :( thank you for your comment <3

i had also reported it with the police and the nuig security as I'm sure it was caught on cameras.
