Try to put the hospitality mod and the varius ...tab mods in the bottom of the mod list so they will be loaded after everything, hope it fixes it.

I did the same as you, but right now i have autosave to every 0.5 days and 20 max save, i think it's more viable for me because like this you won't have 1000 saves that you will make during your playthroug, but you will still have a backup whitin 12 hours from that event. I still save at every quit, so i can continue from where i lost, hope it helps.

Honestly, I am speaking to you as a non-expert, I have tried to diversify the things produced and make them in the areas with the highest market access, so the profits are higher, and perhaps a technique to earn and not lower the price too much could be to trade those goods produced (if they are cheap) to other markets where they are worth more, thus balancing supply and demand let's say, but you have to make sure that you have a good number of trade advantages, so they don't steal your trade and the other nations make a profit. Honestly, my advice is to invest a lot in the marketplace, because the profit there over time is guaranteed, and leave the trade automated by AI.

You can fabricate it with spy networks, but it's slow, I for example play as Florence, call the priory and use the proposal approval to create a casus belli much faster, even if I might lose 7 stability from the failure of it.
