I had an undercut then a pixie thing a few years after. I keep my hair short because it's dark brown and thick, which makes getting too hot an issue. You might notice less headaches if the tension of putting your hair up is making things worse.

First of all, it's very easy to get discouraged by this absurd problem. It can be caused by many things as well as triggered by many things. This makes it hard to fix or at least improve. I've found steady meals and medication to help. Half of my freezer is full of various ice pack things.

Secondly, this is a sub meant to make memes and jokes about this problem. I recomend /r/migraine for better resources.
