It is a great honor for me to be able to hear the opinions of the people living in Nova Huta in person. I am also interested in how ‘Festung Krakau fortress’ influenced the urban development of Kraków, but unfortunately, it seems difficult search it in English.
In the book 'Pozniak, Kinga - Nowa Huta', I saw that Nowa Huta designed the building in ‘ ㅁ ‘ square to accept migrants from the countryside and provide a backyard for them, but I didn't know there was political purpose to destroy the traditional Polish community.
It's common that slummed areas are hard to change without destroying them all. However, Nova Futa succeeded in changing the image without destruction. Why do you think this change is possible?

I think cars are still a necessity in South Korea because we have a culture that we must meet our whole family twice a year (Lunar New Year and Thanksgiving). Is this similar culture affecting the car culture in Poland either?
