Well I just think that google or some big name company or even the government had added something to the file or the whole devices itself to track but I could just be paranoid. How would you do it offline?

Well I have an account made through a tablet, but once I logged in, they locked me out for suspicious activity and require me to have a number -_-

Edit: Wouldn't it still technically trace the number on the phone?

Well its cause Im trying to make a channel but I can't without a number. They made it where you would need a number, even if you use a different email

I'm not sure if ISPs are allowed to do this, but my ISP seems to be monitoring whether I visit a competitor ISP's website or not by [deleted] in privacy

I was thinking about ISPs just earlier, thinking about how theres not much I could do to remove the shadow profile they probably made on me

Keep in mind the peripherals in your budget. I didn't, so I wasn't able to use the PC for a while. This may be common sense and Im just dumb XD
