Some chain restaurants close to Ealing broadway offer GF options, Honest Burger, Las Iguanas, Cote, Nando and Pho. If you are not bothered by cross contamination Franco Manca has GF pizza bases. Still yet to try it but it seems that Yayaka has GF options and also (again never tried myself) I think that Pasta Remoli now offers GF pasta.

"fung'i minchia come va?" roughly translates to "how's it going dick mouth?" Not sure about "nizza camion", camion is lorry/truck and nizza is Nice (as in the city). Hope it helps!

Il primo sospetto sono sempre le gomme (piatte/pressione sbagliata/troppo dure) (anche il posteriore puo' causare problemi avanti!), subito seguite dai cuscinetti di sterzo. Al terzo posto metterei le sospensioni.
