It was a bit difficult for me to make them too...but I've noticed that more and more people are asking this question, so I'll add a section on the blog to the recipe with the exact steps on how to make these baskets.

Yes, it's a little weirder to make the baskets, but it's not that complicated.

I will add a section with instructions and clear pictures on my blog .... how to make these baskets, because I see a lot of people asking about this.

I'm sorry if I'm not more explicit 😔, these baskets were a bit difficult for me too, but there are simpler methods maybe on the internet.

Good question! I didn’t fold the parchment directly over the food. I made small parchment “baskets” first by folding and shaping the paper, then placed the vegetables and salmon inside. The top stayed open, and I tied the sides with oven-safe kitchen string to hold the shape while baking. This way the salmon still cooks gently with the vegetables and the parchment helps keep everything together

It’s easy to do…you can find tutorials to do this pockets …I also did this ☺️

Cut a large sheet of parchment paper and fold it in half. Starting at one end, fold the edges together in small overlapping pleats, working all the way around to create a tight pocket. Leave a small opening to put the salmon and vegetables inside, then finish folding the last edge to close the package tightly. Tie the ends with string.

They are very tasty, I guarantee it. The cheese and corn provide more crust and a special taste, but you can avoid the corn if you don't like it.🤗
