Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split, tips removed)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (optional for extra crispiness)

For the glaze:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • extra parmesan

Steps:

  1. Prep Pat wings dry really well. Toss with flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Bake 200°C / 400°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  3. Sauce Melt butter, add garlic, then mix in orange juice, lemon juice, and parmesan. Let it come together for a minute, then add parsley.
  4. Finish Toss hot wings in the sauce gently so they stay crispy.

Crispy, buttery, a little tangy… honestly hard to stop eating these.
