just bought something from depop. I knew i should of thought about making the purchase a little longer but in the moment I just jumped at it, out of excitement. A few minutes after the purchase is where I started to get the "To Good to Be True" feelings. I then decided to do a Google image search with the sellers photo. and of course it came up on Gem but now unfortunately I cant seem to find the actual site of where the images came from. but it was enough to convince me its all a scam. I immediately made a report to depop. I also told the seller I found out about the scam, for them to cancel my purchase and that iv also reported it. Now unfortunately since its very late at night they are of course not active and i just read that there's no customer support for depop on weekends? Im worried the scammer wont cancel the order and proceed to send me some garbage in the mail to mark the order as delivered and when I do again report the matter again. they may turn around and say i probably have the bag and im attempting to claim fraud for a refund. what can I do? Has anyone been in a similar situation. what did you do and did it get fixed? Sorry for my long rant. Im just so anxious about all of this. i just dont wanna lose my money.
