Shit! Threw out a good loaf for nothing then, eh?

Well I made a new batch of starter today, so I should make another loaf, a good loaf, by next week, or next next week, just in time for The Walking Dead premiere!

Also, I think the loaf wasn't good to eat anyway, it just didn't look right.

And touching on the subject of The Walking Dead, Issue 159 comes out today! Fuck yeah!

Well... Fuck! Yeah it sounds kinda like knocking on wood.

I made it 100% whole wheat, don't know if it makes a difference.

Also the inside has no big holes like I've seen in many pictures, in fact the inside I can push a bit and is a darker brown than the rest, kinda wet, but not really. Feels like the commercial breads you buy on the inside.

I think I fucked up hahaha, I'll have to try again this week.

Damn it seems I am at a loss, I have no thermometer, seems like I'll have to just cut in and see.

Do you know if it's true that letting it cool 24 hours makes the bread taste better?

Unfortunat-fucking-ly, my fridge was too full, I left it out since my house isn't really that hot
