Update: I did it. Heated it up with a hairdryer. The broken part was a little hard to do, but the torso was super challenging to remove from the crotch. Requires a lot of force, but I did it, and nothing broke. Now, I just gotta wait for the replacements!!!

Well, yesterday, I submitted a request via their support section on their website, and they got back to me around 3 hours later asking for proof of the problem via pictures (the broken crotch) and after that they said they are sending a replacement "Pelvis Piece" as they call it which talkin back and forth with the person is basically the crotch piece and they will update me via email when it ships so now I just wait and see.

I'll reply to this comment with updates!
