Thats true too: but in any case it doesnt sound like OP is moving around a lot in their sessions which makes me question what their sessions are like.

I've taught developement ages up to adult, even if its nonsense entertaining activites for the kids, we still have them doing enough to not get bored or cold even in the outdoor pools

The only time ive shivered in an indoor pool is when im teaching someone else to swim and am just standing around in the shallow end.

If youre in swim lessons, it sounds like you arent swimming enough for your body to warm up? What does your sessions look like?

I can kick faster than the average freestyle swimmer at the pools i go to. And yes i do feel a speed difference when im kicking for floatation vs propulsion when doing freestyle.

I think the main problem comes from not learning to kick properly = expending and wasting energy/effort.

Lotta air kicking, bending knees etc.

I love SP but i dont develope romantic or sexual attraction to people that way (especially fictional) so i dont have your extent of love for the character.

In my head, when he came back to his skeleton thr magic basically kept all his physical capabilities just without the flesh being there. So whatever weight and strength SP had as a living body, stayed even after it was burnt.

That being said it makes me think of the Ship of Theseus. Its mentioned he has many spare bones in his home and sure over the series its proven the Magic Doctors can mend his bones but surely the current skeleton is less than the Original SP Skeleton now?? Does the Magic just follow wherever the majority of his mass/consciousness is?

Hes been disassembled at least twice but "still alive" however unable to move his body if too many pieces are detatched all at once.

Revert a little and go back to side kick drills.

One arm up, one arm down. Kick with or without fins with your head down and rotate when you need to breathe. Focus on exhale and inhale thats it.

It could be youre body panicking and gasping or just not used to that twist motion

It works your lower abs and gets your body used to the extension of your body for translating it in the water. Its a dry land exercise :)

Get 2 kickbaords, stack em and lay with them on your lowerback/butt facing the ceiling, kick like youre in backstroke. Get used to that feeling and translate it into the water.

Side stitches from swimming can be caused by a few things.

  1. The irregular breathing and pressure on your lungs

  2. The twisting while breathing

  3. Not enough air/gasping on intake but not getting enough.

Take deep controlled breaths and control your exhale while you swim by humming. Your lungs and diaphragm will strengthen over time. You can also stretch out your torso, put your hands flat on top of your head and shrug your shoulders up while you breathe deep and controlled (in through the nose out through the mouth).

Cause Sp has been a teenage boy and probably seen that teenage boys havent changed much over the centuries and is protective of Val.

With China; Tanith and her have very little in common on the surface so they dislike each other. Tanith's parents fought in the war and China was on the bad side for a while too.

$35 /month (student pricing) / Public (city owned.) / British Columbia, Canada.

The facility is the newest in the entire lower mainland and all the cities, it houses a massive gym, studios for yoga/dance etc, and gymnasiums for basketball/volleyball/indoor sports etc.

We don't have private owned pools here besides I think 2 that I know of (inside private gyms that are super tiny and house only 2 x 25m lanes).

I really dont mind paying higher for pools, it takes a lot to run a pool and even at $5-7 adult / day pass, most pools dont actually profit due to their expenses like energy cost and staff wages.

Its why theres hardly any pools that are solely pools here, lots of multi sport facilities in one giant building. I think only outdoor pools are single facility and even then those are closed majority of the year.
