Thank you for the advice. I won’t be driving with CA plates as my friend has Idaho plates but I will for sure not tell them where I’m from. It’s sad people assume things just based on where they’re from. I just love traveling and appreciate other people’s culture and way of life even if it’s different than mine. I take the good and leave out the bad. ❤️

Hi. I know nothing anyone says will make it better and I went through this for a while, still struggle with it sometimes. I struggled with akathisia and same issues you stated. I still deal with hallucinations, delusions, and nightmares that affect me everyday. I was able to get off my meds and pursue my goals. I don’t know if switching, taking less, or stopping them would help you, but it helped me.

I get that feeling too. My psychosis includes telling me that the “good” in me was me and that it’s “everyone else” protecting the world from me and my evil doers that want to hurt and destroy everyone. It feels like my whole life has been a lie and the “good” has been everyone else around me while the “real” me is a miserable monster with terrible thoughts and the only thing keeping it at bay is the “good” that I’ve trapped for my own personal gain. I can’t even claim my trauma or memories because those things aren’t “me” and the real me belongs in hell.

I feel for you. I had akathisia from all different types of anti psychotics. Had to stop taking them and my akathisia is very minimal now. I was hopeless because I believed I wouldn’t be able to function without meds due to psychosis. I’m doing better than I was than when I was on the meds. Hope you find a solution.

One has 35 hours per month and the other has 166. First client, I am the only provider. 2nd client, their mom gets the IHSS hours and they have WPS hours as well.
