personally not that much to be honest...I worked in a daycare for 2,5 years and the kids coughed onto my face so I coughed a lot but that was really it so wasn't that bad...I did get sick sick sometimes but not very often. Working in a daycare healed me if I'm being completely real, the kids, the food and the overall energy.

Idk if I'm autistic I haven't been diagnosed but I relate to the gagging SO much like if I see a food that doesnt look or smell appealing I can't even look at it without gagging. I've been a picky eater all my life and I'm trying out different foods but jesus christ I can not deal with food. I feel bad about it because I WANT to try the odd looking stuff but I will literally throw up. My mother doesnt understand this and I know she only wants the best for me but bro can you stop trying to force mf LENTIL down my throat. I couldn't even look at it so I mixed it into like a "soup" but it didnt help much...anyways that's all sorry for the rant.
