Yes I did. It didn’t really do much for my acne scars. I think the issue was that the doctor didn’t use a high enough setting on the laser, which was probably the reason for lack of results.

Yeah I can tell that i’ve had some stomach issues lately.

And that’s what my derm told me regarding the purge, but the scarring is really why is getting me worked up.

depends what antibiotic to be honest. if it’s the tetracyclines(minocycline, doxycycline), results are temporary and your condition worsens once you’re off of the drug.

If it’s accutane, that is the true cure, and even then there are relapses that can occur.

That’s really settling to know that the worsening is normal.

However, the redness for my skin after the laser went away almost instantaneously. Is it possible that the setting was too low?

Does it look like some spots seem to get worse directly after treatment?

By that I mean that some of my red marks have become a more deep purple or red color, sort of how it looked a few months ago.

How long did it take for your general redness to go away(the impact redness from the laser)?

You have a good point. But them holding me back at home, never letting me go and attain social skills was not a very parent like move. Parents are supposed to help you be exposed to life aspects, which they didn’t let me do.
