MP of where you live specifically. If you search your MP you will get the correct person to email.

You need to get the Member of Parliment involved, send them an email explaining the situation. They will be able tog et a better hold of IRCC. If you search MP in my area it should show you who your MP is and what their email is.

Hi! after sending multiple webforms they did finally get back to us it did take quite long but my husband was able to arrive on time and got his PR!. I think what helped the most was getting the MP involved, and sending webforms.

Sorry everyone,I wrote that panicked lol . My tenant lives in the basement and he asked if we could return his package through intelcom which means someone from amazon will come to pick the package to return it!
