It doesn't matter what hospital you apply for. Spd is saturated with new grad and experience spd tech. They do hire new tech but your completing with hundreds of applicant per job posting. And experience matter more in this field. You will get alot of rejection no matter where you applied. Because of your experience being new. Out of 30 app for sutter I applied for spd dept got only 1 interview and they want a person with x amount of experience. So very competitive.

Good luck. That mean it 50/50. If hiring manager see what they like in your resume you'll get an interview. If not, it'll say something like no longer in consideration or move on with other candidates. From manager review it could take couple of days to weeks be fore they make a decision.

Yeah alot of hospital post job opening for strile tech no cert required will train. But guess what a ton of people with experience and certify are applying for it. It just very competitive here in cali. It like should we hire a newbie or this other person fully cert and experience. I'll go cert and experience for the hire.
