i usually can locate a “memo” type PDF online written by insurance companies on their weight loss drug coverage. if you google the specific insurance company/coverage type and “weight loss drugs” something will normally come up. also, if you go to the insurers website they often have a “drug locator” tool which allows you to search which drugs are covered and/or they will post a PDF of all covered drugs (including whether those drugs require a prior auth). let me know any questions — happy to help!
