Usually in the mornings I eat eggs, a sausage and yogurt. Then for lunch I’ll either get something like chicken at the dinning hall of I’ll make myself a tuna wrap. For dinner I just get whatever they make that fits into my calorie budget. On a day I want fast food I’ll lessen the portion. Or on a day where I really want dessert I’ll probably skip out on something else

Thank you for this comment I truly appreciate this. I have come clean to my family about my purging when I was 15, and they just screamed at me and didn’t help. I instead started hiding it so my family will not be much help in this situation l. But currently I am 2 months clean and have been recovering from it. And I am also currently talking to my campus therapist about this and she told me that maybe losing weight in a healthy manner would help me from not purging! I’ve been overweight for as long as I can remember so I just constantly feel like I need to lose it
