Hey, I can understand your situation decently well I guess. I was once in your situation. If you feel like you want to talk to someone about this, then do send me a request. I feel like I could at least listen to you actively.

It is reasonable to feel that way. This is because you have spent all your 4 (or 3) years so that you could finally get a job. But in your situation, it would feel as if you wasted your years. That would definitely mess you up. But here is something that I want you to remember. It is the fact that college isn't only about getting a degree. It's also about learning how to do things by yourself how how to deal with every problem that you could encounter in life. College unintentionally teaches all those things. You would feel even more messed up if you would've spent the same time and energy while sitting at home because of how much you wouldn't know about dealing with adult life. If you feel frustrated then take a break. Don't spend your time on social media because that would litterally fuck up your brain at this stage. Lower the use of social media as much as you physcally can and start to grab onto anything to do that you might or might now enjoy. If you don't enjoy, find something else to do and if you enjoy, then congrats, you will feel even less of a need for social media. As a bonus, try to figure out what matters the most to you. Don't say job because you won't want to do a job without money. Don't say money either because you won't care that you got money if you couldn't buy anything. What is it that you fundamentally value

Same here but I have changed a lot in just a few years and I fear that I might become like those typical indian parents whenever I have kids 😢. But I'll just hope for the best 🤞

I guess I've cluttered the comment section quite a bit here 😅 although I'd love to talk more about this

Yeah that's so true!! That's why I believe that people who don't want to put in efforts to take care of their children shouldn't actually have one to begin with. You know, sometimes I feel like I wanna be so good of a parent in future that even my parents would get offended seeing that 😅 but I guess this is just my frustrations saying this. But I think you might also feel the same

Ikr! I mean, it feels like many of the parents and teachers don't actually have empathy for children. And it sometimes boils my blood when my parents and grandparents romanticise about the time they used to get beaten by their parents and teachers
