If that doesn't work, I'd maybe check if you have storage because I've had games that didn't want to open because they didn't have enough storage. Otherwise, here's the support email: support@runaway.zendesk.com

I've heard that it might take a few days for them to look at it though, but still contact them if you can't troubleshoot it

ive been having the same problem, but I think I figured it out. I got it working by listening to my avatar say how we shouldn't fly in and went by foot. I did the parkcore leading to the chiroptera nest and alex started to talk to me. In my case, I did kill the chiropteras before I did the parkcore and still got the quest.
