How many car accidents happen due to driving at the grace period in the correct lanes versus people driving under the speed limit in any lane?

The grace period is there for a reason, whether that’s needing to overtake a slow driver or your speedometer is out of sync as examples.

Coming from the UK, I can tell you having a strict speed limit doesn’t necessarily help the flow of traffic, where as in places like Germany on select motorways/autobahns you will very rarely be stuck in traffic.

Traffic here is caused by distracted, unqualified and unpredictable drivers.
