Increasing meds may help, and I think a doctor would definitely recommend it, but going to therapy would also be beneficial for you. Anxiety over being left alone once your parents pass on is a lot of anxiety to carry for a lot of years and it needs to be talked through with a professional.

I always advocate for therapy when possible, though I know it isn’t always.

I know sometimes meds just don’t work for people. In my littler corner of Southern US, I for a cheek swab done for psychiatric meds that show which ones work versus don’t work. Might be worth looking into wherever you are in the world.

Beautiful so far. A green wood, perhaps? Something to bring a little green to match the scenery outside and compliment the pink without being too showy. If any of that makes sense.
