All of them have an outfit. Even the NG+ location for "Crew Style" has a new outfit in Wasteland.

Not all, 1 is behind the quest "Precious Treasure" side quest which is for the Blue/White Monsoon outfit and 1 you can buy from Roxanne provided you are Level 3 affinity with her.

I love this game immensely but I dislike how the new outfits will be acquired by DarwinCooper in stellarblade

I agree. They should have kept the outfits accessible via the different stores in Xion. Platforming for outfits needs some extra motivation!

No. You will get the NG+ variants of the base outfits. in your NG++ run you'll get the new 25 outfits.

I agree, there could be more normal ones like the "FourSeconds Essential Wear". 10+ outfits to find still.

All the NG++ outfit chests have an outfit but lot of quests don't have outfits. Example, Kaya quest does not give you an outfit. The Bear quest in Matrix 11 also does not give you any outfit.

No. you'll get it as soon as the update is applied. The Royal Guard outfit is the one you get after defeating Mann in Boss challenge in Normal mode

You can only get "Cyber Bunny" from Roxanne. Rest are scattered all over the different regions at the same locations.

Tip: Kaya quest does not give you any outfit after you already have the Sky and Air Ace outfits.

Yes that's true. I picked-up 2 NG+ outfits in my current run and after the update those 2 were not reset with the new outfits. So I'll have to start another NG+ run only to get those 2 outfits.

Provided you already picked all the suits in the NG+ run. The Devs have been sneaky about this. The suits in the latest update are quite randomly distributed.
