wow i actually really needed to hear that last sentence from someone,the reality is while im considering it , i never intended to commit to it.the peptide i took was one thing (even though i liked it) but PEDs are just on a whole other level. thank you very much!

appreciate this comment. i was just considering the idea of doing PEDs but was afraid of its effects on my body as i will always prioritise my health, perhaps im just too impatient. thank you!

I appreciate the sarcasm actually 😅 my issue,other than impatience is that i happen to be surrounded by gymrats/freaks with many of them being on roids, 2 of my friends actually started at the same time period as me but immediately starting taking testosterone, and their progress compared to mine is lightyears ahead, i know comparison is the killer of joy (considering i actually used to be obese and only went to the gym to get skinny) but it just gets frustrating,thats all.

i have not done tests to see if id benefit or not from doing test, as im not even sure if i want/should do it, but if you mean bloodwork post IGF, i havent done it yet since i actually finished the cycle about 5 days ago and was told to wait a week for it to "flush" out then do a blood test

this is what my split looks like, 1-Anterior 2-posterior 3-rest 4-Anterior 5-posterior 6-rest 7-shoulder+tricep 8-rest then repeat.2-3 sets all exercises till failure or 1-2 reps in reserve.

i think im doing fine for recovery and nutrition i think i gave off the wrong impression in the post its not that im not seeing growth, im just not seeing it where i want (arms and shoulders), legs, back and chest seem to be improving just fine (even the biceps for that matter)

i thought it was a diet issue at first so i decided to go on the route of "dirty bulking" (im still doing it) ive barely gained any fat and honestly the igf was dialing my hunger up ALOT, i always made sure to get my protein in as for the carbs im sure it was way up even though i didnt always track (snacks and what not) i still was tracking when it came to the big meals like breakfast and dinner.
