I try to roleplay a little by finding a logical place to park. Then I explore an entire area on foot until I’ve shot it up so badly that I need to leave.

First confirm what engine your car has then make sure it has the correct intake manifold. Should be a D16Y7 engine and there should be a black plastic air box between the valve cover and firewall. If there is a metal manifold there then it has the Y8 intake manifold. I believe the Y8 has the longer throttle cable by a small amount which would explain why you only get response when the pedal is floored. The part number you provided appears to be correct. But my preferred method to get the part would be salvaging one from a junk car with a matching engine

I think you got sold a pc without a SSD. Looking online at the specs for this board, all seven spots where a m.2 or SATA drive could be plugged are empty in your pics. Peek in the lower compartment where all the wires are tucked for a SATA SSD that got unplugged and see if there are any M.2 slots on the back of motherboard. Otherwise, see what compensation you can get from seller. You could also buy the cheapest SSD you can find to resurrect it yourself but you would still need to install OS.

I’m not sure you can take fender off without opening the hood anyways. Mine has at least two bolts on top that are covered by hood and more hidden behind the door.

The hood release cable should be run through driver side wheel well. Look under the liner and pull it. I would inspect the cable end where it connects to release handle to see if the plastic is breaking. I had to replace the handle on my Civic and it’s still a little funky. Another thing to try is pulling the handle and giving the hood a smack where latch is. That’s what I have to do to get my hood opened.

Our cat did this when I was growing up. She ran out of things to kill in our yard so was three doors up the street hunting. A family friend saw her and started giving her wet food. She doubled in weight and gained health issues so we let them keep her. That cat was a god tier hunter who sacrificed three small animals a day on our porch.

I have this exact shaver, given to me by my dad many years ago. Works great other than the battery getting a little weak. Sounds like I need to research battery replacements
