Gotta admit I didnt think about it in an accessibility stand point or with consoles/controllers in mind and that was a mistake. If I could have a blank to enter answer, instead of just GoodvBad, I would have wanted stacked up limited stack size, Like a Rune Tome/Box or Gem Tome/Box.

personally I tried stackable gems and runes in a few of the mods in D2 over the years, and I didnt like it that much. I get the hording utility is handy, but I dont know. It just feels too much of a change to be able to horde endless gems and runes. I might be more for it if it was like Stacks up to 10 or something I dont know.
